Hello All, Since I updated to Big Sur on my 2014 Mac Book Pro, I have not been able to answer incoming Face Time calls on the computer. I know that VO+O takes me to the notification center, but I am unsure what to do to try and find the answer/accept button on incoming calls. I am able to place out-going with Face Time, however.
Does any one else have this problem and know the solution? And, second, is it a bug or just my problem with not knowing what to do? I called Apple Accessibility to ask for some assistance and I was told that I really should not update as soon as the OS updates come out, but rather wait a year or even two. It used to be so simple to either swipe on the track pad or VO+ Left/right-arrow to the needed button. Seems to me it has something to do with accessing the notifications since I could not even get a screen sharing session going with their tech support. Thanks for any pointers in the proper direction.
