Hi Karen. Some voices on the Mac are used for novelty purposes. Bells basically talks, or in this case, sings like a grandfather clock. There are other novelty voices that I'm not going to get indepth about because it'll take all night to do so. But I can tell you one voice I'm glad they finally let us use on the Mac. We can now use Siri voices. They added those voices in Catalina and they can be used in Big Sur as well.
