Nope! My PayPal account is just fine and it works fine from the desktop 
website. It’s only the stupid app on the phone that is so fouled up. As I said 
I’ve deleted it re-download it signed in and a bit it signed out of it 
everything except pull the hair out of my head and I’ve decided it’s no longer 
worth the trouble thanks anyway Dave
