Hi, I don’t know if this could be why, but do you have the screen recognition feature turned on for PayPal? If it is try turning it off. There is an option under voiceover settings called voiceover recognition. If you go in there you can see if screen recognition is on and if you click on that, it will show you for which apps it’s on.
