Honestly, it still gets me that way to from time to time.  I recently was sent 
a link to a video which, despite my best efforts, just would not play.  I once 
contacted them about the issue but their response did not give me much reason 
for hope they were willing to look at it.  Perhaps the only thing is to keep 
trying to reach out to them and point out the problem.  Some videos I can play 
but others will not.
