Hi, With the HomePod and HomePod minis, the volume of the Siri voice is controlled by the main volume of the HomePods. So, if you set the volume to 40%, then the Siri voice will be a certain level. If you increase the volume to 80%, then the Siri voice will be louder. I don’t believe that it is directly proportional, but it is controlled by the volume of the HomePods themselves,. I normally just tell Siri to set the volume to such and such a percent and go from there.
