Hi, Maybe check if Screen Recognition has been enabled for the Settings app. Your husband may need to do this due to the current inaccessibility of the Settings. It would be found in Settings, Accessibility, VoiceOver, VoiceOver Recognition. Usually this can be accomplished using the rotor, but if the screen recognition won’t let you work within the Settings app, you kind of end up in a useless loop.
