Hi.
I was almost going to schedule an appointment at the Apple store this weekend, 
but  now I don’t have to. :-) I think I was restarting my phone wrong. I was 
hitting the volume in the side button to power it off and then I did the same 
thing to restart it. After I hit the side button only, it started a lot 
quicker. I also turned off screen recognition so I think that helped. I had not 
tried  Safari in a few hours, and clicked on a Facebook  link in an email to 
see if that would work. I had to sign in to the website again, but after that 
The page loaded and voiceover started reading the page when I touched the 
screen without a problem! I went to newsmax.com to read something else, and 
voiceover had no problem reading the webpage. I think I just had to restart my 
iPhone the correct way and everything got fixed!
