Hi Tim, I never used a mac. Just wanted to say that the Windows file explorer also does that. The difference seems to be that if you type "j j" quickly, file explorer would jump to the 2nd item starting with a J, whereas finder would stay in the 1st, that is if it doesn't complain that there's no item starting with "JJ".
