I don’t use iCloud mail, but I have several other mail accounts enabled, so the following should work the same when iCloud mail is one of the enabled accounts, assuming you are using the stock Apple Mail app on your Mac:
When you are in the Mailbox List table, make sure you interact with the table, so you can navigate to the group headings. You should be able to find the heading for Favorites, and you can press VO + Spacebar to either expand or collapse the group. Once expanded, you should be able to locate the All Trash item. Once the All Trash item has been located, you can once again use VO + Spacebar, to expand the item, and this should reveal the individual Trash boxes for each account you have enabled. Alternatively, you should be able to navigate to the heading for each of your enabled mail accounts, and then use VO + Spacebar, to make sure that account is expanded.
