Hi,

When composing a new email message to this list, just to know how to do it I'd
like to find out how I can spell out text on the screen char by char. According
to the v o manual, I should interact with the text to read, then hold v o plus
shift, and then arrow across the text to read it one character at a time. I'm
hearing the entire word: mac visionaries, and not this text spelled one letter
at a time as I move across. What am I doing wrong here? By the way: the
procedure to go over text one character at a time described here, works
perfectly within text edit, and also in the body of an email message, but not
when I'm reviewing the header with the voice over cursor. Any idea why?

Paul.
