Hello,
If you want to share via e-mail (at least for me) the keystroke is command-I
(eye) will do this.
Note once mail is launched and you are in the message, there should be a pop-up
menu asking how you want to share. Choices might include
FUll web page
PDF
Link
Reader view
For those sites where Safari has a reader view, it usually default to that.
Also, there is a "share button" in the tool bar of most applications including
Safari and that there should also be a share sub-menu in the File menu .
