1. Press command-I 
2. Mail will open with a new mail message
3. Fill in the Address line and adjust the subject as you see fit.
4. Between the body of the e-mail and the headers there will be a section to 
choose how to share, adjust as you feel appropriate.
5. Add any additional text you want in the email body.
6. send the message 

If you find you want to share web pages via another app in the file->share menu 
with a keystroke   then you will need to add a shortcut key in System->Setting 
Keyboard area. 
On this page you can add a keyboard shortcut to any menu item in any 
application.
