Hi,

While in VoiceOver Utility, select the Activities category.  Press Add 
activity.  Stop interacting with the table, navigate to the Navigation checkbox 
and press it.  Set the cursor to Ignore.  Navigate to the Apps & Websites menu 
and select web-site.  Enter www.amazon.com <http://www.amazon.com/> in the 
field for the URL and That’s it.  Make sure to name the Activity as well.
