This is the Monterey operating system, latest version. Don’t know if that makes any difference. It’s very strange that I only have two choices for the start up pop up and neither one is blank page or no tabs. Even if I turn off tabs entirely it’s still insist on having only those two choices. Maybe the next OS will make things better.
