I’m sorry to hear you are getting blind. Ask as much as you want here in this 
list. A lot of great experts share their knowledge. You could also have a look 
on applevis.com <http://applevis.com/>. Very rich.

Press CMD + Option + v instead of just CMD + v to move an element in the Finder.

Scrivener for Mac is also a great tool which is quite accessible to VoiceOver. 
Unfortunately Word isn’t as accessible as it could be. In this point I’m very 
disappointed from Microsoft. They could really do better.
