I’ve read all sorts of stuff on the web, and they say how simple it is. Just drag the resulting app to the applications folder. Really?
Here’s what I’m experiencing: 1. Command O on the .DMG file 2. A finder window opens with just to entries One is Applications, and the other is the name of the program I’m installing. 3. Also, on my desktop I get an entry (must be a volume) with the same program name. 4. So do I just do a Command+c to copy the program name item and Command+Option+V to paste it to the applications folder? Doesn’t do a thing. What am I doing so wrong?
