A friend of mine in Canada, runs an Internet radio station, using a 2009 Mac pro running macOS 10.13, High Sierra. His radio station runs fine, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. He never reboots the Mac and it runs like a champ on the old OS. That being said, your 2015 Mac book air should run just fine for a long time on macOS Monterey.
