Hi, You should never depend on the auto save feature. Always save the document yourself, giving it a name . Now, if Text Edit is still open, You can press command plus grov, it is the key under the escape key. It may be announced as acsent. This will move between open documents. Another way to find the lost document is to look in your Documents folder for a file called Untitled. Also on the Text Edit file menu, is a open recent submenu. Good luck!
