Hello All,

This week I used my Mac Book Pro plus Iphone 10 to make a FaceTime call for
a music lesson since I was home sick. The call placed and while I got audio
on the Mac Book, the video was not displaying on the computer screen. I
tried turning screen curtain on/off/on but my instructor could not view what
I was doing. Any thoughts on what would cause this problem and what setting
I can look at to get this feature up and working again? My worst fear is
that the screen isn't working any more but I don't know why that would be.
Do these screens break or burn out over time? The computer is now 8 plus
years old.

I finally had to give up on the Mac Book and just go through the phone which
worked as expected, but I prefer to use the computer as the screen gives a
bigger and better view along with what I consider better sound quality.
Thanks for any pointers.

Eileen
