By the way, after the call was over I had checked the menus under FaceTime and did not find any options for camera. On the Mac Book isn’t there only one camera? Am I correct, it’s not like the phone with a front and back facing camera. Anywhere else I can check camera settings on the Mac Book? Thanks. Yes, monitors can burn out over time, but the camera while on the screen is a separate thing. I’m confused as to whether she could see you or not. You can go to the menu bar to find out which camera Facetime is using. You can test the screen by watching a Youtube video. If you see it, then something else is happening. If not, then you know the issue is with the monitor.
