Hi Phil, My understanding is that they changed the Siri sound to make it more identifiable to people with hearing loss. However, I agree with you. I think it’s much harder to hear, especially in noisy environments. It’s one thing to make it lower, but it also seems much quieter. I wish they would give users the option to choose between it and the old Siri sound. Cheers, Donna
