VOCR is an app that will ocr your screen. As to the differences, this is not a technical detail as I have not used TeamViewer, but RIm gives you access to someone else's computer computer including there screen reader. It’s my understanding that the Mac version works differently than Windows in that it interprets the screen reader through VO without you hearing it directly. If you have ever used NVDA on the phone, then it works the same way as RIM is supposed too.
