Arch Linux with the Orca screen reader.

This is on an x86 laptop, not the Mac. I could probably run it on the Mac if I wanted to set up ARM64 Linux in a virtual machine. However, I don't think it would be worth the effort of trying to get audio and braille display support working reliably in that environment. The MacOS shell prompt is similar enough to Linux that I'm comfortable there anyway.
