I'm on an M2 Max Pro laptop. Findings so far: May need sighted assistance if using the pre-built image to get the screen reader going in the VM.
Alternatively, I should be able to install from the installation ISO, I should be able to arrow down once within the first 15 seconds of booting the ISO to enable Speakup during installation.
