Hello Mary, The documentation is technically VoiceOver accessible but not conveniently so. I gave up on the official documentation and, instead, performed several Google searches and watched quite a few of YouTube videos and read quite a lot of tech reviews and comparison of both products.
To be honest, I purchased the Open Run Pro, first, then went home, paired them, fell in love with them, and decided to learn all that I could. While in the store, I saw the Open Fit and went back to the store. Best Buy has a Shock Bluetooth demonstration table so a customer can try each model and test them out, before purchasing. I realized that, although the Open Run Pro has amazing bone conduction tech and fabulous hardware, I was really seeking a replacement model for my Air Pods and the Open Fit was the answer. As for Amazon Prime, I think delivery time depends upon where one lives. 95% of the time, if I order a product before 3PM, I will receive it on the same day, usually, before 8PM. That may just be a Los Angeles kind of thing (smile). I ordered them on the weekend and they came today. I live in Oregon, and I suspect they were shipped from somewhere back east, so decent turnaround, not that much different than Amazon, which prime does not always come in two days anymore. Mark, how did you find out about all this stuff? I’m assuming there is nothing accessible as far as documentation goes. Any hints about that would be great.
