Hello Donna, Yes, the Open Fit have a tiny hook that is placed behind the ear, keeping them firmly in place.
Just so you know, one can purchase such a hook for Air Pods, from a third-party vendor on Amazon. I used to have a set but gave them to a friend as she needed them more than I.
