Tweak, tweak, tweak. I just upgraded my own server Mini from Ventura. Because it's a server, turn off Apple Intelligence, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Then sort out VoiceOver because the new speech rates are absolutely killing me. Finally sort out some installed command-line software. And that's pretty much it.
