Hi Esther, Your suggestion worked perfectly! I will use the related tips as well. I didn't know about the guide you mentioned. I am also intrigued by your mention of the to Do list. I use it in iCal but don't know where or if I can find where it sinks to my iPhone. Can you tell me if my to do list on my mac is available on my iphone?
