Here is what I wanted to do. First I reordered the 3 mailboxes (3 mail accounts). Then I deselected all the other stuff in favor of viewing the mailboxes as needed in each account. Just like on my Mac, Its not messy now. And just now did the same on the iPad.

   I looked in the accounts in settings and did not see anything relating to my tasks. But that is ok.

account-specific, but they're always there for IMAP accounts, in the account 
settings for that specific account. So go into Accounts first, select one, then 
look around. What you're looking for is the physical mailbox for each of the
