The thing to do is to locate the start of the reply from ChatGPT and do a one finger double tap and hold on it which brings up a series of options if you flick right once you land on Select all and then VoiceOver focus will land on an option saying copy so when you do the one thing of flick right and land on Select all you do Double Tap and then when VoiceOver focus lands on copy to another Double Tap and then you can paste the answer into a new note and share that
