What app are you using to access ChatGPT? I have been using Apple Intelligence to access ChatGPT via Siri. When I ask Siri to make an inquiry via ChatGPT, the response appears on my screen. Once Siri has finished reading the ChatGPT response, the text of that response remains on the screen for a while. Not only am I able to use the 3-finger quadruple tap to copy the response to the clipboard, there is also a copy to clipboard button which can be used to accomplish the same thing.
