| Isn’t there a way that you can lock the voiceover cursor to always follow the text cursor? Dave Carlson Woodworker, Farfar, Oregonian, pioneer, engineer, and Musician This is actually normal VoiceOver behavior, and not a bug.
-- When you open a text document, both the VoiceOver focus, and the text cursor are located at the top of the document. If you arrow down through the document, the VoiceOver focus remains at the top of the page, while the text cursor is moved as you continue to press the arrow key.. Thus, when you use VO + A, you begin reading from the location of the VoiceOver focus, and not at the position of the text cursor. HTH.

One thing which I found was that read all was again broken here. So it means that read all always starts at the top. If you use cursor keys and go down few lines and then initiate read all, it still starts at the top. Regarding markdown I am aware of it and in fact used it for sometime in my early days of career. So re you saying that if I use markdown syntax, it will convert it to the format? For example if I add a * at the start of line, will it render and format the document accordingly or still show and read out * for that line? Regards.
