The Apple TV 4k which is connected to my TV is always powered off
when I am done watching content. Restarting also has no effect.
I cannot watch any TV show or movies but strangely, can play my music.

update on my Apple TV I then find restart and click on it. I don't do it that
often, but seem to recall you'll be brought back to the main menu screen or
what ever its called after the system restarts. You should then be able to
swipe around to your TV apps.

Hello,
After having redownloaded some purchased media, I am unable to watch
content on the Apple TV 4k.
First dialog tells me "unable to process this request". I started seeing
this after the most recent tvOS update.
The second dialog tells me "authorization is required". I have signed out
and back in my account n a couple times on the Mac. Also did the authorization a couple
times. No effect.
All this after redownloading hidden purchases. What could be at fault here?
