Dear All:

I will need to play host on a regularly recurring Zoom call beginning later
this summer. While I've chaired many meetings that used Zoom, I've always had
someone else available to help manage exigencies like someone leaving their mic
unmuted and then disrupting the call with incidental noise coming from their
open mic.

Then there's the matter of people queuing with raised hands, i.e. the Option+Y
command. Is that onscreen list Voice Over friendly? Where do I find it? How do
I acknowledge and lower someone's hand, popping them off the queue?

I'd like to be an effective Zoom host with meeting mechanics in addition to the
subject of our calls. However, I can't seem to find a guide for hosting Zoom
while using Voice Over. Am I just not looking in the right place?

Any guidance much appreciated!

Warmly,
Janina
