This works and talks, just like a dozen windows. If you go to the participants 
list, whoever is talking, or making the noise we want to silence, will pop to 
the top of the list. Then you can mute them or do whatever you like. Regarding 
raising hands, etc., that also talks what it happens. Just go to the 
participant list again, find them, and choose the lower hand option on the menu 
where you choose all the other things you can do to any participant.
