Ultimately if you restrict yourself to the web interface you will have to 
manually download the changed files. You could of course do this, by keeping 
track of the files you already have and comparing the modification dates on the 
files in Drive. That is going to be tedious and error-prone however, so I 
suspect that unless it doesn't change very often you will probably end up using 
a plient of some sort. It really depends on how willing you are to check, 
compare and download changed files. You could sort by date, to make it a bit 
easier for you. Delete any file that you already have that's not on the Drive. 
Etc.
