Musescore is a free software. Not web based. I have been hearing the Windows versions is slightly better, but the Mac version is also great. I created a What’s App group for Musescore users if you would like to join that. If interested, let me know and I’ll send the link. We got two developers who are also a part of the chat who work on accessibility. There’s also a Discord server where you can provide feedback.
