I’ve now started using outlook for my work e-mail address since I’m not sure
what went down several months ago, but suddenly, something ended up messed up
somewhere, and my work e-mail’s wouldn’t stop sending from my personal e-mail,
no matter what my coworker and I tried to do to fix this issue. So I’m now
using Outlook, which is taking a little getting used to, but what I’m having
trouble figuring out how to get up and running, is it playing sounds when
notifications arrive, especially when I get new e-mail.
I can go into preferences, view the sounds for all these various events, as
well as play them, and everything is checked, but I hear nothing when new
messages come in. Am I missing a step here?
