I honestly can’t agree more, but since we’re unfortunately dealing with a
messed up situation of both my work/personal e-mail addresses being utilized
via Gmail’s server, even though my work e-mail doesn’t display an @gmail
domain, something as of the last few months or so has gotten so messed up, that
we can’t figure out how to fix where all my mail either gets pushed to one
account or the other, when this didn’t used to happen. We’ve had multiple
meetings over Zoom where we’ve gone through my settings trying to rectify this,
since this is something I don’t tamper with, and at the end of the day last
week, we figured out that it looked like I had to deal with one of 2 messed up
scenarios: having my work e-mail’s come through my personal e-mail, even though
it showed up on my end that they were coming from my work e-mail, or have all
my work and personal e-mail’s coming from my work e-mail. So that was when I
made the decision to just switch clients for my work e-mail entirely, which I
really didn’t want to do, but it looked like I had no other choice.
