Ok, what in the world is an onboard controller card, and how do I go about
obtaining/installing a new one if it turns out this could be the issue? I’ve
ordered a new cable for this one, and the same issues are happening.
It’s not showing up on my Mac, and while it will show up on Windows, I get a
message saying the drive isn’t accessible, and that the parameters are
incorrect.
