Hi Emma, yes you can attach files using copy and paste. Unfortunately, you can’t attach email messages using the same message; unless you “Forward as Attachment”, which only forwards one message at a time. It is an obscure feature, but it’s useful.
And for Books, what I want to do is extract books from my library into a folder. The books sit inside a private area used by Books, until you export them. But exporting can’t be done with a menu command; you’ve got to drag from the Books window into a folder in Finder. I hope that explains.
