That dictation was a little mangled. I got the part about saving the
hotspot, but when you tried to dictate how to use it, that's the part
that got mangled. If I press VO+SHIFT+numbers-row-digit to define/save
it, do I then press VO+numbers-row-digit to use it? And what about
deleting it if I don't want it any more? Are these hotspots
application-specific, or do you only get ten and they're global?

BO shift and a numeric key and the shirts men say hots that your hotspot has
been saved. It was key stroke, not only to move to that hotspot, but also to
just read it. You can also use a key to have it read every time the hotspot
changes.
