Oh yeah, Taylor makes a Mac go vroom! :)
Devin Prater trust me I had the same concerns, but my friend traind an AI model on it if that says anything. I have not used a MacBook Neo, but my concern is that it only has 8 GB RAM, and there is no upgrade option. I would not recommend this MacBook to any VoiceOver user, and would suggest a MacBook Air instead.
I have ben using a Mac Book Neo since last week. Voiceover feels as responsive as it is on my M4 Mac book Air. My use is fairly straight-forward with basic Office styles apps, web browsers, and some audio production software.

use.
Specifically, I’d be interested to know whether the Neo feels smooth and responsive when using VoiceOver, navigating the system, and running typical productivity apps. Do the specs seem
sufficient for accessibility workflows, or would you recommend opting for a more robust MacBook model instead?
