The solution was to develop a rule which puts the alias email I send
goes to the second sent folder and it works.

The account the alias is associated with will be sharing the mailbox behaviours
with the primary address on that account. Make sure you’ve not got a local “On
my Mac” mailbox selected. You can see all the accounts under the Accounts tab
