It’s my understanding you’re blocked from certain settings and websites if you don’t verify. Also, from what I heard the other day, you can’t use Debit cards, but maybe that’s changed? I know things like that are very picky about how the picture is taken, so if it gives instructions, make sure you follow them to a T.
