Hi Sarah, Sorry, I forgot to mention that - I've not used it for ages.
You can go to your address bar with Cmd + L and then press Cmd + C to copy the highlight URL. Once you find the edit area for the URL on the site, press Cmd + V to paste the URL into the box and then after choosing your preferred format, press VO + Space on the "Start" button.
