Hi, There is a Mac application called Tooble from http://tooble.tv it can preview videos from within the application, download the movie or simply the audio to WAV. You can then convert them. I believe, however, that you can change the format though if not, you can just convert it with Switch or iTunes. You can use left and right to go back and forward in the file, though that feature works strangely. For example, if you hit the left arrow, it will reverse the file and play it backwards. It does not seem to fast forward very quickly. You can hit Space to either stop or start the preview.
There may be some crashes on occasion, and though I sent in my crash report, sadly I have gotten no response whatsoever from the developer so I'm a bit disappointed. It works when it wants to, though, which seems to be at least 75% of the time.
