Hi there, Maybe different scanners have different applications and that's why some windows work and others don't. My Lide 90 has a window where i can see everything exept the buttons on which to press to actually perform the task. I have Vo to anounce what comes under the mouse pointer, so when i move the mouse pointer i hear "Unknown, scan" and then i know that that's where i should press the mouse button.
