Yes, I highly recommend "Switching to Mac". There's actually an appendix 
devoted to Voiceover, and keystrokes are heavily cited. Great book, especially 
for an "off-the-shelf" book not specifically designed for disabled folk. It was 
the deciding factor that precipitated my Mac Mini purchase.
